Shipping method
At the time of shipment confirmation, you will be provided with the courier that carried out the shipment, as well as a tracking number so that the customer can know where their order is at any time.
Delivery times
Spain and Balearic Islands: 3 to 6 working days.
Europe: up to 7 working days.
This time period is approximate. During promotional periods, orders may be delayed.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the shipment needs to be reshipped, the customer will be charged for shipping again.
EXCHANGES - RETURNS
We do not accept exchanges or returns of our products.
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately so that we can send the product again (within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order) at info@martamescar.com indicating the product details as well as the damage it has suffered.
MartaMescar reserves the right to ask you to please send photos of the damage suffered in order to confirm the extent of the damage.
